READY TO join the BROTHERHOOD?
HOP ON BOARD AND LET’S SOFTWARE TOGETHER!
Hi, ASPER BROTHERS are looking for a regular PHP/JS full stack developer.
REMUNERATION and FORM:
9000-12500 PLN + VAT – B2B (invoice).
We have our work standards, we stick to processes. We want to cooperate with people who will have a real impact on the direction, shape and development of projects daily. We believe in self-sufficient SCRUM teams.
If you want (eventually, at some point in the new normality) to work in the office – we invite you. If remotely it is also possible. If hybrid, we will also get along. We work from about 8/9-16/17.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
An independent regular programmer PHP full stack with knowledge of JS. Commitment, ambition are desirable features. If we say regular programmer, we would like you to have at least 3-4 years of commercial experience and further hunger for development. You must feel free to speak English and not just read the documentation in English. We have really nice customers from all over the world and it would be a pity if you did not have the opportunity to talk to them.
WHO WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR:
If you don’t like direct contact with a client, you’d rather just write the “code” than you wouldn’t be happy with us. Because of our approach and processes, our colleagues have regular contact with the customer and often have to make decisions themselves within their own competence and responsibilities. If you prefer to just program, we wish you a lot of luck, but unfortunately in another company.
We work in time&materials. You provide estimates (hourly or in story points). We work in two-week sprints, which are divided into 4 phases – product roadmap, sprint preparation, sprint, release. We apply the criteria of sprint readiness and release. The code goes through code review. We follow the test pyramid: unit tests, integration tests and e2e.
MacBook Pro 15′ 16GB RAM or Lenovo/Dell with Linux. One or two 27” monitors, mouse.
21 days per year 100% paid + all bank holidays days off.
Three stages. A short phone call to see if there’s a fit. Next, a test task that shouldn’t take more than 3 hours. After the task, you will receive detailed feedback. Based on the provided test task a technical interview. Then a decision.
