Instead of writing long descriptions, users answer structured questions. Only carers who have passed CareTailor’s review process appear in search results. Families can assess skills, rates, availability, service areas, and feedback before reaching out.
Carers retain full control over their profiles and incoming requests. CareTailor provides a light operational backbone for document checks, profile management, booking monitoring, and learning from early pilot data. All payments and agreements happen directly between the family and the carer.
