The Problem
Luxury stores deliver elegance in person but fall apart when it comes to delivery. Store managers manually book couriers—often through Uber, text, or whatever’s fastest—text tracking links to customers, and juggle orders on paper. No tracking system. No real-time updates. No proof of delivery. It’s messy, time-consuming, and completely disconnected from the premium shopping experience.
Plane Jain needed a real system without touching store payments, pricing, or tax compliance.
The Solution
We designed and built a full-stack MVP using our 4-Step MVP Framework that helps store managers manage local deliveries with ease, while customers receive real-time updates that match the luxury feel.
The MVP included two mobile apps:
➔ A Store Manager App to list products, manage orders, and coordinate handoffs
➔ A Driver App to replace courier workarounds and run deliveries in-house
