Car sales in Indonesia are still stuck in the past. Private sellers and dealers rely on manual inspections, endless paperwork, and face-to-face negotiations. Sellers waste time chasing inspections. Buyers worry about trust and hidden issues. Dealers juggle leads, referrals, and auctions with no centralized system.

Digital tools exist for big manufacturers, but the used car market remains fragmented and inefficient. TiinTiin set out to change that.

Using our 4-Step MVP Framework, we partnered with TiinTiin to build a suite of four connected applications that digitize the entire journey—from valuation to inspection to resale.
