The Problem

In 2017, the UK government launched the Apprenticeship Levy Initiative, aiming to create three million new apprenticeships by 2020. Training providers were suddenly responsible for delivering, tracking, and reporting on degree-level programs at scale.

 

But the tools available didn’t work. Existing systems were outdated, hard to use, and didn’t engage learners. Trainers struggled to monitor progress, employers couldn’t get the compliance data they needed, and learners had no clear view of their development.

 

A new solution was needed — one that would uncover hidden talent, drive engagement, and simplify reporting.

The Solution

Partnering with Red Bullet Agency, we applied our MVP Framework to design and deliver a custom Apprenticeship Management Platform.

 

The SaaS tool supports every stakeholder — learners, trainers, and employers — by making apprenticeship programs easier to build, track, and measure. Beyond compliance, it focuses on evidence, feedback, and skills development, all while remaining simple and engaging to use.
