Before Latent Path apprenticeships didn’t engage

UK’s Government started new Apprenticeship Levy Initiative in April 2017. They committed to creating three million new apprenticeships by 2020. The development and delivery of degree-level apprenticeships are seen as a key part of this policy reform.

The solution

Latent Path was created in response to this initiative. Together with the RED BULLET agency from the UK, we have developed a totally custom Apprenticeship Management Tool. It is finally clever and drives engagement between learners, trainers, and employers. Moreover, collating the data employers need to audit and report on.

We have joined the team in April 2017 and introduced them to tailored Agile plans and adjusted to their development methods. We happily became part of the team working closely on a daily basis.

The result

Latent Path is focused on gathering feedback and evidence around a wider set of objectives and skills through the apprenticeship. The tool offers training organizations and employers a better view of progression. Latent Path saves time, drives engagement, is simple to use and built around the UK’s government new Apprenticeship Levy Initiative.

We’ve built a SaaS (Software as a Service) application full of useful features defined by real needs. Primarily, it provides software that benefits all involved with an apprenticeship.

Apprenticeship Management Tool Latent Path was created with the solutions:

For programme managers who can easily build programmes and allocate cohorts of learners.
For trainers, employers and programme managers who can track and assess the progress of their learners.
For learners who can access their apprenticeship program through a logbook.
On top of that, everyone included in the process can chat with individuals and groups around their learning.
